The parcel was delivered quickly, but was obviously inadequately packaged. One item was missing. Despite five emails to the retailer, there was no response or reaction to my complaint. This is dubious. I therefore recommend that you do not order from this retailer.

Disaster. The goods have still not been delivered, but had to be paid for long ago. The GLS carrier is unreliable and unreachable.

Funny that I bought it a week ago, the same day the page gives the product as delivered and wipes their hands. It goes through 2 transport companies that you have to keep track of. I hope it arrives at some point.

DHL tracking shipment was terrible. Couldn’t tell where my package was or when I was going to receive it. The logging was going between several different airports and then circling back around to the original. Received the gift in time to wrap for Christmas, was definitely sweating it.

On delivery, the product box was bent at one corner and also the inner cartons. There was a piece broken off on one part of the map.
