HOW DOES A BLISTER PLASTER WORK?

HOW DO BLISTERS ACTUALLY APPEAR?
If the skin is constantly plagued by pressure or friction, a blister can develop. This happens, for example, when the feet are overloaded and when wearing uncomfortable or ill-fitting shoes. The friction or pressure causes the top layer of skin (epidermis) to separate from the underlying layers. A blister forms at that location, filled with tissue fluid. The body creates the blister to protect the wound from further friction or pressure. A blister is born like this!

HOW CAN YOU PREVENT BLISTERS?
You can prevent blisters first and foremost by wearing well-fitting and comfortable shoes. But even then, a long walk or hike can lead to blisters. You can prevent this with various Care Plus products. Treat your feet before the walk with Foot Powder! This foot powder from Care Plus absorbs moisture, dries the feet and helps prevent blisters. If you really want to minimize the risk of blisters, use the Care Plus Anti-blister Spray three to two weeks before a walking or hiking trip. Spraying your feet daily with this foot spray ensures that the skin becomes harder, preventing the formation of blisters. This makes the epidermis of your feet thicker and stronger.
