When paired with a quality sleeping mat, the Glacier 700 down sleeping bag from Mountain Equipment is absolutely perfect for long treks in Nepal, Tibet, Pakistan or other mountainous regions. It’s great for sleeping in snow caves or igloos in the Alps as well. It’s filled with high-quality, Down Codex approved duck down with a ratio of 90/10 and a fill power of over 700 cuin for optimal warmth outdoors. The trapezoid baffles and slanted box-wall baffles keep the down in place and the insulation constant. The outer shell is made of Drilite Loft 50D, which is not only wind resistant and water repellent but breathable as well.
The draught collar along with the thick, anatomically shaped hood and anatomically shaped foot box prevents heat escaping the interior, giving you the comfort you need in sub-zero temps. The sleeping bag comes with a waterproof compression bag and a practical storage cube.
