Colour Options
Classic multicolour in English language is the standard edition. When you purchase other wooden accessories like the Monuments and Landmarks or remote islands extension pack with the World map, they will be stained the same. All non-English language maps in non-standard colour combinations are a custom orders that may take an extra few days to ship out.
Please note that our maps are manufactured from natural materials which are not perfect and the wood texture reacts to staining distinctly. Since the maps are hand-made that is what we actually love about them. Thus, the real-world colours of our maps may be different from what you see in online photos (phone and monitor screens also display colours differently).

How to Mount the Map on a Wall?
The installation itself is a nice trip around the World :)
Each map comes with simple instructions for an easy set-up. Glue or double-sided adhesive tape (tape included in the package) can be used to mount the map. Different surfaces might require different mounting solutions.
The map consist of larger wooden panels: North America, South America, Europe and Asia (separate panels in the MEGA edition), Africa, Australia, Greenland and various smaller islands. Explorer edition also includes a Monuments and Attractions panel. Adventurer edition also includes a single layer Antarctica panel. It works as a precision-cut puzzle. Installation is very easy and takes about 2 hours.
- The 2 largest panels (Europe + Asia and North America) have got hanging nooks on the back side. Glue (construction adhesive type) or wall hooks / screws can be used in order to hang these larger panels. Positions of wall mounting points are highlighted in the included mounting instructions. Strong double-sided tape (included in the package) can also be used to non-permanently attach these panels to the wall. Included templates are used to position these panels correctly.
- The other wood panels, islands and other smaller pieces are lighter and an adhesive glue (i.e. a construction adhesive) or double sided-tape (thicker foam accrylic tape recommended) is used to attach these pieces to the wall.

Delivery Instructions
Our wooden and moss maps are sensitive to rough handling. Due to their weight and size, the wooden pieces are quality packed suitable for international transport via a courier company. From time-to-time damage may occur during transport. Therefore, you should inspect your package upon delivery and if there is any damage to the outside packaging, record that on the spot with the delivery driver (preferably also taking detailed photos or just decline delivery). Evidence of damage has to be sent to the shipping company and ourselves within 24 hours of delivery.

Very nice card. The only problem is that the positions of the anchor points are not at the distances indicated in the assembly instructions.
It also lacks scaled covers to place the islands - Australia, Japan, UK - in the right place

Very nice map. The main drawback remains the positioning of the elements in relation to each other. For the price, there could be a few cardboard rulers to place at least Australia and Greenland.

The card is beautiful and well made. It's a shame that after 1 hour the card falls to the ground and breaks despite being placed on both sides of the card to avoid any problems. Impossible to download the photos to illustrate my comments.

Good quality card.
That's because I'm a bit fussy and I really want to be precise about the layout. I would have appreciated a few guides on how to place certain pieces. As well as a more detailed map. It's not easy to assemble the parts to scale... You have to get out your calculator and level to try and keep to the scale. If you want to be as precise as I was, you'll need a few hours to put it all together.
The result is still very satisfactory, although a piece of Canada is missing... Given the price, it's a shame...

C'est parce que je suis un peu tatillon et que je veux absolument être précis sur la disposition. J'aurais apprécié d'avoir quelques guides pour placer certaines pièces. Ainsi qu'une carte plus détaillée. Pas facile de monter les pièces en restant à l'échelle... Il faut sortir la calculatrice et le niveau pour essayer de respecter les échelles. Si vous voulez être aussi précis que moi, comptez quelques heures pour tout poser.
Le rendu est pour autant très satisfaisant bien qu'il manque un morceau de Canada... Vu le prix, c'est dommage...

I have absolutely no regrets about buying this wooden world map. It looks great.
It takes about 2/3 hours to assemble because you have to get it right. The most time-consuming part was positioning the islands.
It looks great on our wall above the TV and I took the option of flags to indicate the countries we've already been to.
Je ne regrette absolument pas l'achat de cette carte mondiale en bois. Le rendu est terrible.
Pour le montage il faut bien compter 2/3 h car il ne faut pas se louper et faire les choses bien. Le plus long ce sont le positionnement des iles.
Cela habille surper bien notre mur au dessus de la télé et j'ai pris l'option des drapeaux pour indiquer les pays où nous sommes déjà allé.

With the exception of the "Greenland" component, all parts of the world map were flawless. You have to be very careful when unpacking and pressing out of the templates.
Unfortunately, "Greenland" is very bent and not flat and even like the other components.
Bis auf ein Bauteil "Grönland" waren alle Teile der Weltkarte einwandfrei. Beim auspacken und herausdrücken aus den Schablonen muss man sehr vorsichtig vorgehen.
Leider ist "Grönland" sehr stark verbogen und nicht wie die anderen Bauteile flach und eben.

Beautifully drawn map. Excellent addition to the interior. Gluing is quite easy, I recommend mammoth. Great fun when gluing to keep everything in place and oriented as it should be.

The design is very beautiful. Unfortunately, the dimensions for the hooks on the instructions do not match the holes on the back of the card. Which takes an unnecessarily long time to assemble. The ships' aeroplanes were the wrong way round and a replacement was sent. Now it fits. Thanks to customer service. Is very keen to help.

Wouav, on opening the packaging, for the quality of the laser cut-outs and the French version of the lettering. The different shades of the Classic colour are well chosen and arranged to bring out the different countries.
I made a frame out of laminate and glued the different continents, islands and the panel of monuments and tourist attractions with wood glue.
And wouav for the result in our living room.

Super nice wall map in top quality. I attached the pieces to the wall with the double-sided adhesive tape and although I have woodchip wallpaper, everything holds very well.

The assembly was meticulous and I enjoyed putting each element of the world map in place.
It's set on Plexiglas with a blue background and looks great on the wall.

The different pieces of card are very well packaged. Assembly requires a great deal of preparation and precision, but the result is incredible.

The quality of the card is good. A few names are a little hard to read, but that's not too bad.
However, attaching the card was a bit of a disaster. The measurements in the instructions were unfortunately not quite correct. The instructions for sticking on the world map were generally a disaster, unfortunately.... ruined my beautifully painted wall... I'll have to paint it again :/

Ein kleines Desaster war jedch die Anbringung der Karte. Die Maße der Anleitung waren leider nicht ganz korrekt. Die Anleitung der Weltkarte zum ankleben generell eine Katastrophe, leider.... hat mir erstmal die schön gestrichene Wand versaut.. da muss ich jetzt nochmal nachstreichen :/

Zo zadnej strany dosť nekvalitne vyrezané. Vyžaduje jemnú manipuláciu. Aj tak sa nám podarilo ulomiť Pyrenejský poloostrov. Spredu je to v poriadku.

As expected, it sits proudly above the sofa! However, for the price we paid, it's a bit of a shame to read that it's preferable to buy glue in addition to double-sided tape. It would be much more commercial of you to supply it.

Excellent quality and excellent end result. We did not know how to decorate a wall in the hall and with this map we solved the problem. Highly recommended! And then fixing the map was fun and useful for reviewing some geography... :-)

The wooden world map it self was perfect. Only the double sided tape was too weak for the heavy plates. We took some small nails and now its pinned to the wall
The wooden world map it self was perfect. Only the double sided tape was too weak for the heavy plates. We took some small nails and now its pinned to the wall

A beautiful card, but some of the pieces are very fragile and you have to be very careful when handling them.

It's beautiful. It took me almost 5 hours to glue it, but it's worth it.

Very good material, vivid colours, just a note on the incorrect Italian translation of some countries (Melasia instead of Malaysia, Teritori, Circondatorio). About 10 hours of work for a complete, and as geographically precise as possible, installation by two people. A truly original piece of furniture. Kudos to the creators for the idea and realisation of the work. Higher price than many mass-produced industrial products, but once the map is on the wall, the expense is amply justified by the great visual impact.
Ottimo materiale, colori vividi, solo un appunto sull'errata traduzione in lingua italiana di alcuni Paesi (Melasia anziché Malesia, Teritori, Circondatorio). Circa 10 ore di lavoro per un'installazione completa, e piú geograficamente precisa possibile, da parte di due persone. Complemento d'arredo davvero originale. Un plauso ai creatori per l'idea e per la realizzazione dell'opera. Prezzo piú elevato di tanti prodotti industriali in serie, ma una volta che la mappa é sulla parete la spesa é ampiamente giustificata dal grande impatto visivo.

Super map. It's also not that difficult to assemble. Best used in pairs, but looks great.
Super Karte. Die kann man auch nicht so schwer montieren. Am besten zu zweit, aber sieht toll aus.

The card was very well protected in its packaging. The rendering is magnificent and the installation fun. The only downside is that Antarctica is not to the same scale as the rest of the map.
La carte était très bien protégé dans son emballage. Le rendu est magnifique et la pose ludique. Le seul bémol c'est le l'Antarctique ne soit pas a l'échelle du reste de la carte.
